Carri Robinson
Carri Robinson is managing principal and founder of Bright Horizon Ventures, LLC (BHV) a real estate development company that focuses on the development and acquisition of institutional-quality multi-family and hospitality assets. Carri combines her passion for real estate, with tenures at financial services and hospitality companies to identify assets that will be positive contributions to the community and generate competitive returns.
Mrs. Robinson has over 13 years of finance and commercial real estate experience. As a project sponsor, she has been responsible for all aspects of the development cycle including site acquisition, financial underwriting, A/E design, Entitlement and Permitting, Construction, Lease/Up Stabilization and Asset Management. Her affordable housing experience consists of several transaction types include LIHTC, Naturally Occurring, TOPA and other complex structures. Mrs. Robinson has participated in over $40M of affordable housing transactions.
Mrs. Robinson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Carri is also a member of PNC Bank’s Community Benefits Plan Advisory Council which provides ongoing guidance for the Bank’s community lending, investment, and service efforts in support of PNC’s four-year Community Benefits Plan.
