Lenders and lending staff benefit from live Q & A with our underwriters once each month. Our “Lender Talk” training series is for lenders and lending staff ONLY to learn about DCHFA programs and all programs that we co-administer. Full training is required once every calendar year for DCHFA approved lenders, however, this is a community full of valuable information to help lenders better serve those who desire to call DC home. This growing community is one that you are able to come back to frequently!
You only need to register once and you will receive notifications for each session, which take place the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month at 10 am EST.
